Founded more than twenty years ago, it uses all the resources collected to achieve a dual mission:<\/p><ul><li>Educating through a nursery and primary school (6 levels), in a country where public nursery school does not exist, and where public primary school is more expensive for parents than our structure; with thirty students per class, we differ from the Malagasy approach where the number of students often borders on a hundred; for Baobab this means attracting teachers far from the big city and improving the quality of their teaching through educational assistance or continuing training<\/li><li>Providing care and nourishment, in particular through a school canteen and garden in an area affected by famine and malnutrition: five days a week, children are assured of at least one meal.
